While working for Frank Gifford as an outsourced writer, I worked on a book detailing the benefits of fermented foods and how to make them. The book was originally two poorly written books that the client was not happy with. I consolidated the best parts of both books, rewrote parts when necessary, and added transitional paragraphs to help the new book flow smoothly and read professionally.
