“Serial Killer Groupies: A Love Story” Coauthor
I was asked by documentary director, Joy Krause, to help her author a book based on her documentary, “Serial Killer Groupies,” which has received consideration from A&E. She compiled the research sources, and I read all of the material before beginning the writing portion. We split the writing load, checking in with weekly meetings to ensure all the material remained consistent in voice and content. The manuscript seeks to uncover the motivations of women who fall in love with serial killers, whether before or after they are found guilty, using criminal psychology, case studies, and interviews with the women themselves. A sample of my contributions to this manuscript is available upon request. The client does not require an NDA be signed for the sample, but the material will not be freely linked here.
